Major emergency response after woman ‘attacked’ on Glasgow’s Buchanan Street as police swarm scene

Cops appear to be focusing on a local Sainsbury’s store, with an incident believed to have broken out just outside the shop.

It’s understood cops were called to the scene after a woman was allegedly assaulted outside the store, before staff rushed to her aid.

Witnesses reported seeing one woman injured, and paramedics were assisting her at the scene.
